About The Production

Annabel, Helen, Louise and Siobhan think they are signing up for a cosy “ladies-only” carpentry class. Instead, they encounter Woody, a gruff, newly single, out-of-work builder who is in no mood for company. Undeterred, the four women persuade Woody to teach them the basics. What follows is a hilarious journey of haphazard handsaw use, bad baking and sharp-tongued banter. Between the sawdust and spirited spats, unlikely friendships blossom and unexpected emotions emerge as these determined women challenge stereotypes and discover that true strength often appears in the most surprising situations.
